Applications & selection

Product configurations & welding requirements

Tube and fitting assemblies

Review tube dimensions, fitting types, joint locations and end orientations for a defined connection layout.

Branch lines and manifolds

Define outlet count, branch spacing, port positions and connection access when integrating a manifold into equipment.

Flanged or integrated assemblies

Specify flange dimensions, mounting points and adjacent equipment interfaces for assembly review.

Before you enquire

Assembly selection questions

What should I send for an orbital welding enquiry?

Send the drawing or 3D model, tube dimensions, material, end connections, medium and operating conditions. Include your weld procedure, inspection and cleanliness requirements when available.

Can an assembly include bends and branches?

The photo gallery shows bent lines, branch fittings and manifolds. The final layout and weld access are reviewed against your drawing.

Do the photos establish a pressure rating or certification?

No. Ratings, testing and any certification requirements must be documented for the selected assembly.
